Terms of Service

By creating an account or using getmorphis.com, the dashboard, the SDK or the generation API (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.
The Service
Morphis generates sanitized HTML and CSS user-interface components from the text and data you send. Output is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Accounts and security
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials and API keys confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or malware;
- attempt to bypass sanitization, rate limits, quotas or other security controls;
- probe, scan or disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means beyond the documented API;
- send secrets, payment card data or highly sensitive personal data in requests;
- resell or share API access in a way that circumvents plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the Service.
Plans, limits and billing
Each workspace has a monthly generation quota and per-key rate limits as described in the API reference. Free accounts are provided without charge. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, renew automatically until canceled, and can be canceled at any time from the Billing page (you keep access until the end of the paid period). Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change limits and pricing with reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain rights to the data you send and the output generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate and secure the Service, including sending it to AI model providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime or continuity, and we may modify or discontinue features. Check the status page for current availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
